Kristin Fischer will join CNN as CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent in July 2021. For the last five years, she's been covering space policy under the Biden and Trump Administrations in FOX News. Through her tenure, she reported on the presidential 2020 campaign, two impeachment trials, two efforts to stop the pandemic coronavirus, and two other administrations' efforts. In addition, she traveled with President Trump and Vice President Trump extensively. The trip included a shady trip to Afghanistan.
